Gwen Riley

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Gwen Riley is the Chief Executive Officer at NoviEdge. She unapologetically loves the game of business. She has started, acquired, scaled, and sold multiple brands including an Inc 5000 company. She attributes her success (after faith), to the efforts of great teams. “Nobody gets anywhere good alone.” Gwen believes every day is an opportunity to learn something, build something, or make something better. She enjoys helping others reach their maximum potential, especially small business owners who she calls the superheroes of our economy. Gwen also enjoys collaborating with non-profits that instill hope and inspire people to rise above life’s challenges. She’s always interested in a great discussion around a bucket list. Gwen believes every day is an adventure, a gift to enjoy and an opportunity to bring good things to the world.

Stephanie Johnson

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Stephanie Johnson is the Chief Financial Officer at NoviEdge, where she manages the company’s finances and spends as much time as possible utilizing Excel! She began her career as an auditor with KPMG during a time when a Macintosh Classic was considered a ‘portable’ computer because the power cord was removable, not due to its size. During her career, Stephanie has worked in the manufacturing, distribution, and service industries for both private and public companies where she enjoyed the excitement of IPOs, acquisitions, divestitures and building great accounting teams. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys traveling with her family, a good book, and a good run. She hopes that her knees have one more half marathon in them.

Twila Brown

CHIEF COMMUNICATIONS
OFFICER

Twila Brown is a Writer, Content Developer and Speaker at NoviEdge. As a seasoned professional with a passion for people development, she leverages her past experiences in her creating and storytelling. Twila has had the opportunity to serve in various levels of leadership with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 to celebrity start-ups. Throughout her career, helping and developing people has always been her core motivation. Outside of work her mission is to leave a legacy of mentoring and discipling the next generation, whether it be her own children, or through community organizations. In rare moments of spare time, Twila enjoys baking, walking, and listening to one of her favorite podcasts!

Noah Kaye

CHIEF RELATIONAL OFFICER

Noah Kaye serves as Chief Relational Officer and Coach at NoviEdge. Noah brings a unique blend of leadership skills and relational giftedness. Accused by friends of being a “relational Jedi”, Noah has a way of connecting with people that builds trust and strengthens connections. Noah has a Master in Leadership, many years of senior level leadership, and is a Certified Coach with ICF. He loves language, people, communication and emotion and enjoys influencing leaders to be personally healthy and whole so that what they lead can bear the fruit of that. Noah brings coaching focus to our team at NoviEdge and serves our clients by asking excellent questions and listening skillfully for what emerges for perspective and direction. Noah is the Founder of Integer Network, an International Coaching Network and is a native of the DC area. He spends extensive time traveling to and engaging in Africa where part of his heart lives.
